i am facing issue with dafabet with my withdrawl and account verification.Since 30 december till now all my withdrawls have been declined & cancelled by the dafabet.

My account verification is also under progress since 30/11/2024.

Daily i have been contacting dafabet but they are not helping me with my account issue.

I even got email response that my account is verified but still it shows under progress review and i still cannot withdraw my money.

Customer care as daily not helping after contacting them daily with my problem. I ask askgamblers and dafabet people to help me with my problems here.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?

Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format? 

Have any of your documents been approved by the casino so far?

• I have provided my Govt issued ID cards such as Pan ID and Aadhar Card along with my seflie with the ID card on 31st December 2024 exactly.


• I believe i have provided the documents correctly but i was not asked for the required documents in the correct format so i dont know what documents is exactly required by the casino.


• No, the documents are under review since 31st dec 2024 so i guess its still not approved by the casino yet.

Could you please forward me the documents you sent to the casino at veronika.f@casino.guru? Kindly include all the communication between you and the casino customer support that could be relevant to the investigation of your case as well.

Also, please specify what types of games you played. Were they slots, live casino games, or did you bet on sports only?
