Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please confirm that your account has been fully verified already? Is the delay an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

Yes it took 4 weeks the first depoist was sent to the wrong account so I switched account to depoist it to then they say bitcoin account so I do that the it was finally sent but now they put a bonus on my account for my last $95 dollar which I don’t use bonuses I have all my email and screen shot to show how long it took and what I don’t understand is the $ 500 dollar should not have had to be verified 3 different times

I fully understand your frustration, lisakcodner. However, I will set the timer for additional 7 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Tuesday next week, we will intervene.
