I sent you screenshots of their rules and regulations it says 1 day to get approved maybe less once approved immediate Payout possibly on unusual circumstances could take up to 72 hours. So you keep saying up to 14 days that's not what this casino says and that's why I play there that's the only reason it says instant withdrawal after 1 hour may take up to 72 on unusual basis it's been a week
