Crypto Loko Casino - Player's winnings have been reduced.

I completed my play thru of 1,500 and then won 7,000 they took all of it when they only said I could cash out $50. Then there was some reason they didn't send me the $50. They cheat and lie. This casino is a scam

Also, did the casino confiscate the remaining winnings, or just haven't processed the withdrawal request yet?

They confiscated all of it. And the bonus I won with was BONKERS23. And then I tryd to cash out $50 bc they said u can only cash out $50 on a bonus. They then confiscated it as well. Bc this was the 2 ND bonus that I won on and u can only redeem 1 bonus.

They clearly don't have the rules up there when u use the bonus bc they want to cheat u every way they can

"2. Players are not allowed to redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdraw winnings from the second No Deposit Bonus."

Unfortunately, if you claimed more than one No-deposit bonus without a deposit in between, there is nothing we can do. The vast majority of online casinos prohibit their players from claiming such bonuses consecutively. I am sorry, but the casino confiscated your winnings in compliance with their bonus terms, and we cannot penalize them for it as this is an industry standard. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.

Yea well like I said CRYPTO LOKO has unfair terms and conditions. So F**K THEM

Please understand this is not an unfair rule. If it was, we would contact the casino and ask them to refund your winnings. As I explained this is a very common term and we cannot penalize the casino for confiscating your winnings.

Furthermore, please, watch your language if you submit any future complaints. I fully understand your frustration and disappointment, but you need to restrain from using abusive language when communicating with any involved party.
