I played my 105 spin sign up bonus and completed the playthrough. When I looked at the withdrawal conditions it said verify and deposit $10 then you can withdrawal. At the time I had $81. So I deposited $10 and request withdrawal. 24 hours later my request was cancelled with no explanation and nobody to talk to. Never a reply from the email. So I played a little and request $100. So far it's been 3 days with no chance of status and no way to contact anyone. How do you expect to keep this business going with this model? It's very sad to imagine a serious honest player to decide to play here over anywhere else.
