Do you have access to your bonus history? Which casino bonuses have you claimed? Which bonus did you win from?

Otherwise, you will not be able to withdraw winnings. From your bonus history, it seems you only claimed no deposit bonus 'LOCOLIFE' and haven't deposited any funds afterward. In order to be eligible for the win from the no-deposit bonus 'ALIENLOKOSPINS' there needed to be a deposit in between.
Casinos try to offer bonuses in a way that they seem as attractive as possible, but that also means they offer them under conditions that make it difficult for players to withdraw their winnings.
At this point, I can only recommend that you always read the bonus terms thoroughly before you activate any bonus, which is especially true when it comes to free bonuses.
