The player from Florida has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't fully understand the bonus terms and used rude abusing language towards our staff which is unacceptable.

I was given 105$ to try the site with a coupon code. I ended up winning over 3000$. I requested 2000$ and it was denied. They said I could only withdraw 105. In the meantime I deposited $50 which I also played with. I won approximately $675. They told me this was from the original bonus and that I can still only withdraw 105$. This is a total scam. Their terms and conditions contradict themselves over and over. I have copies of chat transcripts as well as screenshots of the transactions page where you can see everything as it happened. This is all part of the same group of casinos as slots of Vegas, sunrise slots and more. I had a similar issue on sunrise slots but I never reported it because it was only $200. However, other people may fall for the scam.

This casino claims to cash out in minutes. I was originally told it would take over 5 days to even be approved. Very much false advertising. See for yourself www.cryptoloko.com


My original withdrawal request was reduced to $105 which is what they said that I maxed out to be able to cash out. I turned around and used that $105 plus my $50 in deposits and won $675 approximately. During my gameplay while I was playing and I reached 13x playthrough, they even reset my balance.


Casino guru should especially be concerned because of the amount of dishonesty being advertised about withdrawals within minutes. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I shouldn't have to wait 14 days to submit a complaint when a casino boasts their payouts are done within minutes. I was even told that my ID verification could take up to 5 days. However, it was verified within a few hours of submitting

I'm not getting any kind of response from customer support chat. The withdrawal is still pending approval but now is only $574. Over the weekend customer support said it would take 5 days to be approved.


Once again, I'm not being impatient about this. They claim to be the fastest payouts on the internet. It's a blatant scam and false advertising

I'm Michal and I have taken over your complaint. I have reviewed your case and I have received evidence from the casino that you gained your winnings while the bonus was still active.

Let me try to explain it.

You were given $105 to try the site with a coupon code (105LOKO). You ended up winning over $3000. You requested a withdrawal of $2000 and it was denied. The support said you could only withdraw $105. You have not withdrawn the $105 so technically the bonus with the max cashout limit of 105$ was still active. You did deposit another $50, but the bonus terms and conditions still apply as mentioned here:

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information, we have to agree with the casino's decision in this case. I can only recommend that you read the bonus T&Cs thoroughly before you activate any bonuses to avoid disappointments like this in the future.

For the other part of your complaint regarding the payout times. This is again really hard to judge. I understand your point and agree with you that the casino should stick to its advertised time scale, however, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. Several factors such as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers. With this in mind, we can't consider this as something unfair as even the best casinos in the industry can't 100% guarantee that players are paid within minutes.

Lol. Case closed. Because obviously anyone could look at The transaction details and see that I played through and my balance was reset to $105 and I kept winning. Instead of withdrawing the 105 I gambled it again. What would be the difference if I was to cash out the 105 and then put it in ? This casino and all the other real time casinos are scams. I had the same nonsense issue with sunrise slots. They're all the same company. Let's post a picture of the transaction page and go through the transactions. I also made 2 deposits prior to winning more. I checked and there wasn't even a coupon bonus code active at the time.
