The player from Lithuania had followed the casino's request for a video verification. After doing so, the casino confiscated their winnings, citing a violation of terms and conditions. The casino then only offered to return the latest deposit minus a 20 percent fee. After reviewing the case and the evidence provided by the casino, it was concluded that the player had breached the casino's terms by having multiple accounts. Consequently, the complaint was rejected as unjustified.

They requested a video verification from me, which I recorded. Afterwards, I simply received a message stating that they are confiscating all my winnings.


Please be informed that due to violating our Terms and Conditions the winning funds were deducted from your account.

For now, you can make a withdrawal of the latest deposit, keep in mind that 20 percent of the amount will be deducted.

I passed the verification quickly. Last night, they requested a video, and by this morning, they had already responded. Meanwhile, my account was not profitable, and this was the first time I had won anything.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information and evidence, we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified due to failing the KYC process and breaching the casino's terms and conditions - multiple accounts created from the same IP address, device, and engaging in the same or very similar gameplay. Casinos have a very strict policy regarding multiple account cases that have been used in this way. I regret to inform you that I cannot offer any further assistance, and as a result, this complaint will be rejected.
