I verified my identity to make a withdrawal, but it has not been verified yet.


I would like to know what is causing the problem.


I have tried to contact support, but all they say is "we will contact the finance department".


I have emailed the casino directly, but have received no response.


It has been 12 days.


I don't think they are sincere about verification and withdrawals.


Please let me withdraw my money somehow.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

The items submitted are a driver's license and a certificate of residence.


The KYC team requested a photo of my driver's license on July 20. That was the last time I heard from the KYC team.


I sent an email to the KYC team on July 25 regarding the lack of progress on the certification, but have not received a response.


I then used chat to contact support, but they only replied that they would contact the finance department.

As indicated in the guide, I provided proof of residence within 3 months.


However, it is not authenticated.


I am now submitting a certificate of utility bill.
