The casino is Coolcat-casino

I had to meet over 8000 before i could withdraw and luckily i did. This was in June, The date I made the withdrawal was on 6/19. Last week I spoke to live chat and was told he would escalate this and to check back today. My withdrawal is still pending and I have not gotten any correspondence from the casino. I did send them my documents .

i have had this account for a long time over 2 yrs. i sent my documents and have not heard from them. i spoke to live chat on Thursday to find out when my withdrawal was going to be approved and the rep said he would escalate it and to check back today, it is still pending.
