It’s been over 2 weeks since I requested my withdrawal and the request is still in a pending status. The customer service over chat have been helpful but I still have not gotten an approval on my withdrawal. I submitted all the requested documents and have had my withdrawal escalated twice and still nothing.

I believe it was fully verified on 11/12/23 or 11/12/23. I had ask what was taking so long and that’s when the rep stated I needed to submit some documents. I won the winnings with real money not a bonus. I last spoke to a rep I believe Friday 12/2/23 or 12:2/23 when I was told that the first escalation was not noted correctly and that she was going to escalate the payment again the correct way.

I can see on my account that the manager approved a different amount do to a bonus. But I still have not received my payment via bitcoin.

My request was finally approved but I’ve been waiting for my bitcoin deposit since 12/4/23 now. I’ve asked them several time times how much longer I need to wait for my money and they said to come back after the 11th business day after 12/4/23. Have you heard that it usually takes that long to get the bitcoin deposit? My request was originally on 11/14/23. This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for my winnings
