This is the second time Cool-Cat Casino has used deceptive practices while trying to request funds to be paid out. The first time, I was contacted by a person said to be Vince Rossi. He apologized for any errors made and payment was received 1 day after they broke the terms of their agreement. I was given a whole apologetic excuse and assumed that there would no longer be a problem. I believed it further when I continued to use the site and payout was received within 1 day of the next request. Now- a few weeks later, it's the fourth payout request and suddenly, there is no history of it, or they blame Coindraw for prohibiting to send payout in a timely manner, or that their "algorithm " determines who gets paid and when. When I asked where Coindraw plays a part in the rules and where it is written in the terms that coindraw law rules they stated that it isnt. Its just known. Every single excuse there is has been thrown at me. Even so much as using a previous payout that was a different amount and date altogether was as the reason I haven't been paid claiming that they already paid it. I hate myself for believing these crooks a second time. I still have about $500 winnings in their system that I am sure I will never get because they will come up with another reason not to pay. For the record, I never use coupons, money wasn't won by any bonus and I make all deposits via bitcoin. So there is nothing stopping payout to occur. This is a straight matter of slots winning.
