The player from the US is not able to withdraw his winnings due to the minimum withdrawal limit. Unfortunately, the player lost his winnings before we could help, therefore, we were forced to reject this complaint.

I got s bonus and went all the way to 600 dollars but the bonus max out is 100 so in order to get that I had to get verified and that was ridiculous with what they were willing to accept. Now that I'm cleared and wanted to proceed with the withdrawal all the methods to withdraw has a 100 minimum and they re saying they have to subtract the initial bonus earning from the 100 max which brings the minimum withdrawal of 100 down to under it and they won't approve it. So if I make a deposit it won't be accepted cause I have a balance of 90 (100 max minus the bonus). Which essentially prohibit me at all from cash out or deposit. And getting help is like nonexistent. Considering the fact they eliminated 477 from my winnings for the maximum allowed withdrawal it seems a bit odd they would set minimum of 100 knowing fully well the withdrawal on the bonusbwould have all but impossible..how to approach this with them?

Do I understand correctly that all withdrawal methods have the same minimum withdrawal limit?

To be honest, the whole experience with the customer service there just made me tired of it all so I played out all thr winnings and decided to never go back again

Thank you for your reply, dersankt. Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings. We would really like to help, but it is impossible this time.
