I've tried 2 times to withdrawal waiting 7 days each time. To only be denied with no explanation or messages. I have to contact support to be told try again. I've kept my balance above $0.

Correct I've tried withdrawing 2 times for them to both be cancelled. I've sent in my documents and passed the KYC process. I've never deposited there and won on a free sign up bonus. I understand I'll only be able to withdrawal $100. Even though my balance is $5000. I've left my balance at that as to not lose the bonus. Also I believe this is a sticky bonus. I've chatted with them and both times. They say I didn't provide a Bitcoin address but I did. It won't let you submit the request if you don't add one.
After talking with them and reading the terms. I should be able to get the $100. I haven't deposited due to reading the reviews. I wanted to see if they have changed their practices towards withdrawing. Also I play a lot of casinos and my balance staying as high as it is after a month. Leads me to believe their games are unfair. Because I don't lose and just keep winning. And I know I'm not that lucky.
