The player from Ontario, Canada made a deposit a month before submitting the complaint, however, she was still not able to place any bets. A month later, the casino team informed us the player could not place any bets due to changes in regulations in the player's jurisdiction concerning online casinos. According to the information provided by the casino team, the situation was sorted out and the player should now have full access to the services of the casino. We rejected the complaint as the player stopped responding to our messages and questions, and therefore, never confirmed their issue had been, in fact, resolved.

I made an account with Conquestador on November 4th it’s December 5th and I still haven’t been able to play a single slot with the $20 I deposited. I’m told it’s under maintenance. It’s been under maintenance for over a month ? I doubt it. This is very unprofessional. If it’s under maintenance then nobody should be able to open an account and deposit their money that they can’t even withdrawal. I’m not happy at all !!!!!

Do I understand correctly that you have not been able to place any bets so far? Are you not able to play a specific game or all games are restricted?

Did you activate any bonuses on top of your deposit?

I had a bonus of free spins when I deposited my 20 last month. I try to play on the slots and it does nothing so I’ve spoke to multiple live agents and everyone keeps telling me that the website has been under maintenance. But it doesn’t take a month to improve a website.
