I have made a deposit with this casino, get a winning of 110 USD but they canceled and refused to pay me because as they say i have to call them to finish the process, how it's up to me to call them by phone (they don't accept or want any other call method, whatsapp or Telegram that will work for sure) they gives me a fake number or that does not work, they never reply to my calls ( i have do more than 20 times) i just lose money in every call that close after 30 secondes without any reply of course... They don't want understand that i have do my best and that it's not up to me to call them from first, this is an UNFAIR trick to never finish the withdrawal process, they also refused to refund me my deposit. I have send them documents to verify my account but they insist to the call that of course will never be done!!!
