Personally, LuckyGem doesn't quite win me over. The game selection is quite good and there are many providers, but the bonuses don't seem particularly attractive to me and their terms and conditions should be simpler.
The positive thing is that, in my case, the slot machines performed quite acceptably and I was able to play peacefully for a good while.
Overall, I expected a bit more from the casino, especially in terms of player promotions.

My experience with LuckyGem was extremely negative. The casino confiscated approximately €1,000 from my account after accusing me of prohibited activity, initially referring to VPN/proxy usage. I denied this allegation and repeatedly asked the casino to clearly explain what specific rule I had broken and to provide sufficient evidence.
My account had previously been verified, deposits were accepted and previous withdrawals had been processed without problems.
I later opened a formal complaint on Casino.Guru. LuckyGem had the opportunity to provide evidence to the mediator, including confidential evidence. After the investigation, the complaint was closed as "Unresolved – Insufficient evidence from casino."
In other words, despite the casino being given the opportunity to substantiate its allegations, the alleged breach could not be sufficiently established from the evidence provided.
My approximately €1,000 balance was never returned.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LuckyGem. Players should be aware that account restrictions and balance confiscations can have serious consequences, and in my case the casino was unable to provide sufficient evidence to the independent complaint mediator to justify what it had done.

Taken together, these findings resulted in an exceptionally high-risk assessment and a determination that the activity breached LuckyGem's Terms & Conditions.
During the Casino Guru complaint process, we cooperated with the mediator and provided additional information and confidential supporting evidence regarding the findings of our investigation.
Casino Guru ultimately decided that the evidence we were able to disclose did not meet their evidentiary standard for resolving the complaint in the casino's favour. We respect their right to reach that conclusion. However, this should not be interpreted as a finding that LuckyGem acted without grounds, that the security findings were invalid, or that no breach occurred.
Following repeated internal review, LuckyGem remained satisfied that the account breached our Terms & Conditions and that the action taken by our Security & Risk team was legitimate and justified. We therefore maintained the original decision, including the decision concerning the remaining balance.
We appreciate that you disagree with the outcome. Nevertheless, the matter was thoroughly reviewed both internally and through the external complaint process, and LuckyGem's decision remains final.

I am experiencing an issue with LuckyGem Casino regarding a blocked withdrawal.
I made a deposit of €100, which was successfully processed and confirmed by my bank several days ago. I was also able to use these funds to play, confirming that the deposit was credited to my account.
However, I am unable to submit a withdrawal request because the system still marks the deposit as "pending". This is blocking access to my funds.
Customer support has repeatedly stated that the issue is with the payment provider or another department, but no timeframe or resolution has been provided despite several days passing.
