The player from the UK has been struggling to verify his account. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I opened an account with these scammers on March 27th and provided all kyc info...on 1st April my account was still not verified and I emailed them to ask why...they said they were awaiting me to make a deposit. It’s now the 9th April and I have made 4 deposits of which they have added commissions payments to each transaction....my account is still not verified and I am unable to withdraw £2500 of winnings...I have sent 5 messages asking what the problem is, and providing screenshots of the transactions made requesting the commission payments back....I have had no response and my account is still not verified.
