i was given a 30$ chip from the casino in there message center at the casino. I had played out the bonus and met the required play through . I decided to with drawl after they had me deposit 10$ in lite coin in order to validate my account to there casino. I had made a withdrawal for 1000.00$ usd then they said that I was only eligible for $100 withdrawal but that might $10 and $12 in Litecoin that I sent would get also refunded so that would be the total of $112 after that I was only eligible for $94 withdraw I had turned in all the documents they need to verify my self id

cable bill and they told me it would be a couple days for them to review it after few days. I emailed them back and they said it would take 7 to 10 days so I waited 7 to 10 days and when they got back to me, they said that I had two accounts, which is not true. I looked on the enclave today. at Club player casino And tryed to use the free chip they offered me and said I couldn’t because there are two pending withdrawls

I feel the casino is not being forthright with my winnings and never even returned the litecoin that I deposited. It still says pending ?

In regards to the withdrawal, I was told that I would get my initial deposit of litecoin back. I did not,also I did not get any withdrawal . And you said I was only eligible for 93$? How is that my receiving my deposit for verification process wasn’t even returned. I do not have two accounts. I feel I should get back what was in process from the two withdrawals.
