The player's balance got voided for playing from a restricted country. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I had made 700 usdt from binace to cloudbet, wheni try to login my account its been disable so i send email to support team they asked me to do kyc, after i done kyc cloudbet said they not allow china country to open account so they closed my account and not refund my money, this is ridiculous, i will upload some screenshoot

i forgot when i registered back to 2019 or 2020, for which country maybe china and i had deposit over 10k usdt, i cant access my account anymore but the balance should around 700 usdt
Can you please clarify why did you chose China as the country of registration - are you from China or were you living there at the time of the registration?

Can you please advise how was you able even to register from China? If you try to access the casino site from that location it blocks you and you should not be able to even register there.
Please note that if you used false details or tried to avoid the restriction, the casino had every right to void all of your balance.
