Chips.gg Casino - Player's account cannot be closed.

Hello,

chipsgg casino refuse to close my account. I wrote them in live chat to close it forever because of my gambling addiction. They told me only myself can close it, but i dont have the 2FA authenthicator anymore, and it takes them 7 business days to process with the reset of my 2FA. Which means that my account is still open and i can still deposit and play. They act like they cant close it themselves. Please help me.

• Do I understand correctly that while you don't have your 2FA authenticator, this doesn't prevent you from accessing your player's account, on the other hand, an active 2FA on your account prevents the casino from deactivating it?
