This is a scam site. I played until it said available play through then withdrawals were denied. First they said because it was bonus money and then because I bet too much which was not restricted on my end . Complete scam site

Dear Martina,

Thank you very much submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the General Bonus T&Cs (https://cherryjackpot.com/info/terms/) and this is what I found:

"As of fair gaming importance, there is a limit on maximum bet size allowed to be placed during the playthrough of any promotion bonuses (including cashback offers). $10 is the maximum bet amount permitted unless specifically stated otherwise. Betting above $10 during an active playthrough will result in any winnings voided."

Could you please specify, which bonus you redeemed and whether you placed bets over this limit ($10) or not during the gameplay with the bonus?

So funny. Again, I will be warning anyone I can to avoid this site. What proves it’s a scam is that 1). No where did it say minimum bet. 2) I tried to play Aztec millions during that same time and a blurb popped up saying due to restrictions that Game was not open to me. IF there was some made up bet amount restriction then a blurb shoulda popped up on that as well if I was beating more than 10 so clearly it’s shady

Martina, we would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
