I bet 100 Canadian dollars at odds of 4, but first the casino said I have to double my deposit. After that I did it and then they froze my payout for 72 hours due to technical problems, after that they increased my winning amount to $400 and they reduced the bet amount to $10 and said that I should only play in the casino and not place bets on sports. I did this and my payment was frozen again for 72 hours, technical support works poorly, they do not know how the site works, how to make bets and what are the rules.

true I can't withdraw my funds now they keep writing that they have technical problems with the bank and I have to wait 72 hours after I waited these 72 hours they ask me to place bets of $100,200 or $300 After I made these bets and won, they again ask me to wait 72 hours and again it all happens in a circle

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.


Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of CBet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.


We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from CBet Casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
