Hey, i made a withdraw of 600€ in the 7 of April and i didnt receive it...my withdraw is put as in processing. The service client didnt gave any informations about the delay.

It's my first withdraw.


I have my kyc done and verified.


I've been in contact for the last two weeks with the client service and they just tell me to wait without giving any date.

Everything is back in order, they cancelled the withdraw and i did a BTC withdraw and received the money. We can close this topic
