Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. Unfortunately, we do not investigate the reason behind the closed account as long as the casino paid out the remaining balance.
Since the casino sent you all funds that were left in your account, we will now consider this case resolved.
