So basically, i have 200 CAD dollars in my wallet, but when i tried to withdraw, it says that i need to play 2005$ dollars before i can withdraw, wich is 10x times my wallet. I did use 2 bonus : one was the full bet refund if lost (that i lost) and the other was the 100% bonus money with the casino (i lost the wagering too).


So now, i'm stuck with 200$ in my wallet that i can't withdraw, and i need to play 10 times my wallet before i'm able to do so. So even if i win a bet, i won't even be able to withdraw it and cash it out. I won nothing over bonus, since i lost both. So why is it that high ? I'm really about to just give up on Cbet and say goodbye to my money, cause i didn't plan on betting for that much, i was only doing it for fun at the beginning, but now i feel kinda scammed not gonna lie.. My verification was all good, everything is verified and approved, i'm not trying to fraud anyone or anything, that's my money, and i want to be able to get it back. I deposit 340$ in total and for now, i won't ever be able to see that money again, wich is not really nice. If i knew that before deposit my money, i wouldn't have done it.

  • Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully? 
  • Which games you’ve been playing (live casino games, slots, or sports betting)? 
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?

Like I said, I created and verified my account last week without any problem.


I also used 2 bonuses, wich one was the FREE SPORT BET that I lost, and the other one was the 100% Bonus money on Casino Slots (Total of 110$ bonus money that i lost entirely too).


Since then, I'm only Sport betting. I only used the casino slots with the bonus money I had from the bonus. When I wrote the complaints, I said I was a 2005$ before i could withdraw, but since then I made a few bets and dropped down to 1870$, the thing is, everytime I try to make it go down, it keeps going up by itself if I win a bet. I'm just trying to figure out how I'll be able to make it go down to 0 before losing all my wallet if it always going up like that. Is it because i'm doing too much bets per day ? I'm still new to this but for now I really feel trapped.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of CBet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
