The player from Ireland signed up, deposited, and played at CBET.GG. Afterward, they discovered that Ireland is listed as a restricted country. Despite the restriction, they were allowed to register, deposit, and play. They are seeking a €500 refund. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I will start from the beginning. I found CBET.GG online and saw the website and thought it would be a good casino to play on. I signed up. Everything was smooth with all correct details inputted. I even verified my identification with Drivers License. I played and deposited with CBET for a while. Depositing a lot of money. I then found in terms and conditions. IRELAND was on their Restricted banned countries. Which surprised me because I signed up with the country name. I even verified with my license! And they didn’t stop me at all! It then in reality meant that if I withdrew money they could refuse and void it completely which is robbery. I am disputing €500 to be refunded to me. I contacted your live support and your agents had no idea of the understanding of the terms conditions either!

really unprofessional and misleading and lying. I request €500 to be refunded to me because you should not even have the option to select banned countries in profile registration!!!!!! A absolute scam

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. We accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well. 

Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds or winnings have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country. Nevertheless, it doesn’t seem that this is the case here, but correct me if I am wrong, please.

Thank you for your reply, Bko1234. Could you please clarify your last message? Did the casino inform you that your winnings will not be paid out because you created an account from a restricted country? How much money do you currently have in your casino account and are you still able to log in?

Yes they said all winnings are voided. I’m still able to login and my balance is zero

the casino then offered to refund but said they couldn’t as there was no deposits which is a huge lie. There was update on their website which they wiped peoples information on purpose over € 500 was deposited
