Despite his multiple contacts with customer support, his issue had remained unresolved. Upon submission of his complaint, we had advised him to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal, as delays could have been due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. Finally, the player had confirmed that he received his withdrawal, which led us to close the complaint as 'resolved'.

Please don't play on this website they will not give your withdrawal I have Withdrawal on 09th April 2024 but they told me to wait for 3 working days.

I had waited but now 4 working days passed and they are not proceeding my withdrawal and will processed soon and told me wait.


Already i have told there Coustomer Support 5-7 times but they are not proceeding my withdrawal please take immediate action on this.file

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
