The player struggles to verify as the casino is non responsive. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I signed up at the casino and wanted to make a withdrawal. I submitted all documents.
Then I had to verify my cell phone number via support (chat). During the chat, the employee simply left the chat and didn't answer again. After 9 minutes of waiting in vain I also left the chat. Then I tried to use the chat again and again it was not possible for me to contact them. So I can't verify my number.

Dann musste ich über den Support (Chat) meine Handynummer verifizieren. Während des Chats verließ der Mitarbeiter einfach den Chat und meldete sich nicht mehr. Nach 9 Minuten vergeblichen Wartens habe ich den Chat auch verlassen. Dann habe ich nochmal versucht den Chat zu nutzen und wieder war es mir nicht möglich Kontakt aufzunehmen. Ich kann somit meine Nummer nicht verifizieren.
