The palyer from Canada is requesting a full deposit refund since their withdrawal limit was lowered for the first 24 hours from the deposit. We rejected this complaint as the funds have been played before we could intervene.
I was playing today, and won up to $600 then 800, I went to withdraw it said $200 maximum withdrawal, I tried to do $200, it said $450 minimum withdrawal and I contacted the person he told me I was basically forced to wait 24 hours before even attempting to withdraw the full amount, over all this website is a scam.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

No there have not, the issue is they had a limit put on so people couldn’t cash out for the first 48 hours, it said the minimum cash out was $450, and the max was $200, how does that make any sense? It’s opposite of eachother.
$0.00, I thought it was a literal scam and just stopped caring. It’s pretty counter intuitive for me to have to cash out minimum of $450 but maximum of $200.00 I’ve never ever seen that in my life of gambling.
