The player from Romania tried to withdraw his winnings, but it wasn't possible. The player informed us via email, that he received his winnings, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

They refuse to pay me, after i respect all The rules, 24h after deposit rule, deposit with crypto because they cant do with revolut (same with the method when i deposit), wager 1x.they tell me to wait but i think they wait to lose the money. For this casino every time when you try to withdraw appear a new error message, with 0 fundaments,and for they It s very normal to wait more then 3 days a response from financial departament,now i contact every day custom suport to ask my situation. And they tell me to be calm and to wait because i Will be payed.

It s first time when i play here, and this is day number three or four, i ask every day in custom suport and they said to wait a response from financial departament. I am not a le to withdraw at all, It s completly refuse.
