„The amount to be transferred to your real money account after wagering cannot exceed the amount of all casino and live casino bets from your real money account made during the wagering period and the bonus multiplied by 10."

Although I fully understand your frustration, the maximum cashout for bonus winnings isn’t anything unusual. The casino shares all the relevant information on their website, therefore there is not much we can do to support this case.  Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but they have the full right to set rules tied to each bonus, and players accept them by activating the offer.

I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any disappointments in the future.
