The player from New Zealand has requested a withdrawal more than a year ago. It has been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been waiting for my withdrawal almost 12 months. Every time I contact them they say they are processing it but they never do. I don't want to give up out of principal
