All I'm getting is they too have been effected with covid loses and that seniority gets cashed out first the players priority is determined by how many deposits withdraws etc?? What I've played alot of places thaught others were bad but this is worst also got one at avantgarde(sister casino) next day Nov 27th and one at tradition!! Please help me I'm getting late fees cutoff notices

No 1st withdraw I'm type that sends verification docs immediate!! Was sent on 11-26 I've got 4 answers saying was approved 11-28 then later on wasn't til 12-10 then heard 12-12 even 12-13 way too long!! Also asked me 3 days ago for credit card verification docs!!(had to advise this was a btc deposit) so they agreed( no cc needed) but it was enough to stall for at least 10 Xtra days( now keep in mind it's holiday time and the fact I sent them documentation on Dec 10th of my grandma passing on Dec 1st out of state and my father's house urned to ground on 12-4. This did nothing for me as well!!!! I play alot places most would speed things up not made time lengthen I'm scared bc they got history of closing casinos like pantasia!!

I am terribly sorry for your situation with late fee notices and the credit score drop and I understand it must be beyond frustrating. However, the best course of action is to be patient. From your communication with the casino, it appears to me that the casino is genuinely trying to pay you out, but will close your accounts across their sites, after they'll pay you out. I sincerely believe it's only a matter of time you'll receive your money. Keep us informed about the situation.
Had family death Dec 1st and separate house fire on dec4th sent 16 pages documentation most casinos would honor a faster payout but instead Everytime you get someone it's different response!
number hasn't worked in years my account managers Mia for weeks the documents email try it it be returned back error so with all this said leaves me to chat as 3rd line of contact they use chat agents from several casinos and I have agents tell me I'm 100% in the right!! Bc they are not biased( they want channel you down a endless controlled by them path) find violations and spin how they want while nobody holds them to same standards!!
