I Deposited 1000inr and make rs 120000 frm that amount when I requested them for withdrawal they ask me for verification i submitted all my documents after that i got a mail that ur address proof is not matching with player account address i told them they both r same the only difference is i didn't wrote my house no in player account address as both my area name n city name r matching in which they told me to give clarification on that as I am concerned n have played in different sites they never raise a silly issue as my area n city name are same at both what if I had nt written my house no as my city name area name n pincode r matching in both .

Secondly they told me give proof of payment i send them screenshot aswell as real image provided to from my upi holder in that they are saying ur name is not written here so we can't accept it what can I do if the my upi provider have there own criteria of showing there transaction u can match with ur upi id that u have given in that as it was showing everything same time address but they were nt agree to accept as I lost that winning money and there customer care tooks so long time to answer Lil Lil things anyways I ll never suggest anyone to play on casino days wortest experience

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi my verification was ongoing frm last 2 days my identity proof was verified n adress n payment proof was having problem according to them i last spoke to them 4-5 hour before i assist my message here

In that case I would definitely recommend you to wait only as I mentioned above as well that it might take up to 14 days to process the whole verification process or the first ever withdrawal from the casino. Be sure to provide them all the requested documents in order to finish it as soon as possible and please keep us updated.
