The player from India has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hi i need help to get my money back from casino days for more thn a month i m trying to contact them. I have deposit of 1000,1500,1500 n they r telling me tht 1500 i have deposit is not foe casino but i have deposit in casino nw they r saying 1000 rs is for casino....so they don't knw about 2 1500rs deposit so pls help

I would like to warn you, that if your deposits have never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please advise if you contacted your payment provider/bank already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.
