I made a deposit not long ago with paysafe and now I have to wait 24 hours up to 72, I find this so wrong as I've already made my deposit so I shouldn't have to wait. this is the only casino site that has done this to me and I'm so mad right now.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied and as soon as they receive your deposited money they will credit it to your account. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino? Please forward your payment receipt along with any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru.

Thanks for your response, I did receive my deposit about 10 hours after I made it but I will say this is the 2nd time I've had to wait for my deposit though paysafe on this casino site the 1st time I had to wait 24 hours. I find this very unfair as I thought that paysafe was instantly.
