Back on December 18th I had won a huge amount of money and then bought a few bonuses in a Game I was playing, I paid for a $300 bonus and then the game & site just suddenly froze AFTER it took the $300 from my account Balance which was at $1400 and the browser then took me to the main web browser page, thinking it was okay and that if I log back in that my bonus I had just paid for would still be there when I restarted the game, it was not, it just opened up like regular and my $300 was still gone, I still had a pretty large amount left, $1100, so without thinking I paid for another one, which it came through and worked fine so I continued to keep playing thinking it would resolve itself or the casino would notice and give me back my $300 but nothing. I ended up withdrawing which then took a long time, after a day I ended up going back and canceling one withdrawal for $1000CAD and ended up losing it, I then canceled another pending withdrawal for $1500 and I lost that too, I couldn't believe that I did not hit or win a thing with $2500!!! I had one withdrawal left for $300 which I left alone and I did end up getting it in my bank account the next day.. by this time I had forgotten about the $300 bonus I had paid for which I did not get an when I finally brang it up to support they disregarded me and denied it happening because I did not take a screenshot which was IMPOSSIBLE to do considering the moment I paid for it the page stopped and quickly directed me to my main web page browser (this has never happened before). All in all, support refused any wrong doing or did not refund me nor give me anything in return and have since ignored any emails regarding it and I lost out on $300 for an error on their system! This is after the fact I had just put back $5000CAD into their site and still they would not honor the bonus i paid for. I find this completely unfair and don't know how they cannot see it on their end but because I didn't take an impossible screenshot like asif I knew that was going to happen, they deny any wrongdoing. $300 is ALOT of money and not just pocket change... not only that, the fact how my large withdrawals would not go through and only the one small one after the fact I canceled large sums and played them it then sends me my money and the fact how I did not win a thing with the remaining balance like the system was rigged for me to lose out on all my money, that's literally what I felt. And then the fact I continue even to this day to play their and be a customer and never win anything has me second guessing the legitness of their casino.. support is also very unreasonable and unhelpful and super slow at responding as well as rude like asif I am lying after i put alot of money into them! When I tried to go back and look at history or the game the following days it won't even load and support has been zero help and hasn't gotten back to me when they said they would.
