The player deposited into casino account even though his account is closed for almost a year. The complaint was closed as rejected as the player stopped responding.
I accidentally deposited $ 20 through Zimpler and I didn’t remember having closed my account years ago. Customer service does not respond to emails and has not refunded.

Do I understand it corretly that you have deposited into a casino where your account is closed for over a year? Did you try to process a chargeback from your payment provider? I think the most reasonable solution would be to contact your payment provider first to ask for a refund of the payment as the casino might not even know from who the money comes from. Please let us know if this step would be possible on your side and if yes, let us know the outcome once you got in touch with them.
