They let you win at first, then you have no chance of winning. I have in live casinos for many years. Spins don't work like this. I have gone over 700 spins without a bonus. This does not happen in the real world. Also on 2 and 5 dollar bets , finally getting free spins and getting less then you get on single spins is not realistic. Also they give these worthless bonus bucks that you don't ask for,so they can put wager requirements before you can cash out. You have to wager 50 times what you deposited. After spending well over 5000 dollars, I am finished with them. I just hope to warn others.

Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. And I believe, you don’t have to use bonus bucks if you don’t want to.

Unfortunately, we’re forced to reject this case because the player hasn’t responded to our messages as well as his reason for submitting this complaint was not enough for us to punish the casino. Therefore, we’re not able to proceed with further investigation or suggest possible solutions.
