I submitted my withdrawal after completing playthrough and depositing 10 dollars of my own money for verification on 7/24/2023

8/9/2023 my withdrawal was denied due to no bitcoin address being provided. Which is impossible when you have to give this information in order to submit the withdrawal request. On 8/10/23 I was told by cs to resubmit the withdrawal request using coindraw. I did and when I logged back on 8/11 I saw it was canceled a few mins after I had submitted it for unknown reasons. I then re-requested a straight bitcoin withdrawn on 8/11. On 8/16 it was approved. It is now 8/21 and I got in touch with a supervisor who.still states that i.habe to.continue to wait for the "time frame" of 7-10 days for my withdrawal to be processed.

So this is a going to reach 30 days waiting for a withdrawal that should have taken a maximum of 20 days at the most.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed from the time of your last request specially if it’s your first ever request.

My identity was verified the day I submitted my first request. So july 24th I think. I played with a bonus and completed play through requirements. The last conversation was the screenshots I uploaded when I submitted my complaint. I am still waiting.
