Yes I have made a successful withdrawal from them in the past. Not sure what the kyc verification is? But if it means being verified then yes, I had to be in order to make a withdrawal in the past. The last time I spoke to them was yesterday and they said they would escalate it again for the 3rd time, no nothing yet
I have spoke to Sam because it’s been 48 hours. They said it’s the first escalation because the timeframe has passed which is a downright lie, and I do have proof of all conversations

im not exactly sure because it was for 185 and I did receive a deposit for 160 but as I’m not sure if it was another part of a deposit I was owed from another casino because it does not tell you with bitcoin but I’ve received no notification from these guys saying that they have paid me like I usually would.
