I submitted a withdrawal request on 02/03 and have reached out to the casino multiple times with no resolution. I reached out again today and was told they would escalate my request. They told me this over a week ago as well. It's been over 14 business days since my request and their terms state withdrawals should be reviewed within 7 days. I did use a bonus but it was a deposit bonus, not a "no deposit" bonus.
