They closed my account and said deposit amount will be refunded and asked Skrill screenshot for refund I sent Skrill screenshot on July 22nd .now 11 days over but they are not replying and yesterday on their live chat asked for my id to process refund . I sent via email but still they are not replying. In live chat they wait for some time . I waiting since 11 days they are playing with me . Old help me firstly they closed my account without any Res and refund also not giving. I request everyone not to use this website they are fraud and cheating .

1) Before closing the account they never asked for verification , first time they asked yesterday only and one thing is why they asking means why now after closing the account why they need . They just asking to delay that's it.

2) I have winning balance in the account but I never withdraw the money . I Kept the balance in the campobet account only . But suddenly closed the account without any reason and they didn't informed me about the account closed or refund. Ml

3) yesterday is the first time I sent my id . And I sent Skrill screenshot on 22nd July about 11 days ago with all relevant information . I hoped answer all your questions

Please understand that it's a standard practice to verify players before the casinos send them any money. Could you please specify which documents have been requested from you by the casino?

Do I understand correctly that so far you sent only your ID and Skrill screenshot? Have your documents been already approved? Please let me know.

They asked Aadhar card as Id and I given the same.


Yes till now they asked only Skrill and only & I sent both in email as they requested ..

They didn't replying from last 14 days about my id approval status and refund status so I don't know whether it is approved or not


I'm attaching their live chat screenshot how they are ignoring my issue
