I have deposited almost 18,000 in the last 30 days and everytime I request a free cash bonus or anything I'm always denied any free cash bonus for being a loyal player and spending alot of money in 2 years.Im about to delete my account...They treat loyal players like shit..I will go spend my money where I'm appreciated.wake up sleepers I'm seriously about done with cafe casino

I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. Even though I understand your point of view, please understand, that each casino has a different bonus policy and rewarding system. A bonus is something like a gift from the casino that the casino can decide whether you are eligible for receiving them or not.
