The player from Poland is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
On April 10, I opened an account at boomerangcasino and made 3 deposits. I won PLN 12800. When I tried to withdraw the whole, the limit popped up and I had to divide the amount into 2 transactions, despite the fact that the one-time payment was PLN 20,000 per day. I waited 5 days and wrote on the online chat. a small delay, then they have technical problems with the payment provider and probably April 18 will be fine on April 15 I canceled my withdrawals and changed my withdrawal to skrill but there was also a limit.I played for a while and ordered a total payment of PLN 13,800. Again I had to divide the payment into 2 orders because there was a limit (PLN 6904 + PLN 6904)
Until today I have not received the money, so I wrote to customersuport asking why they are not withdrawing money and why there are some limits, although officially there are no limits. The service replied that they had a problem with the payment operator, they did not say how long it would take ... and they do not pay out winnings and that they are delayed. This is my first win in the casino. They did not write to me to send the documents because I obliged it on April 10 to update the data, because there were small errors when registering (the service immediately corrected and wrote back that it is everything is fine, it was a few hours after I opened a player account in boomerang casino) so I do not know whether I will have to undergo the kyc verification or not ... to the limits they did not say anything. When I get the money also no. Mi this casino looks like a scam and you recommend it ... I am asking you for help in withdrawing money from this os a development casino.I was given a VIP manager which is ineffective, upon my requests to check why they are not paying the money I just heard "I am submitting a request to the appropriate department". This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If you don’t receive your winnings by then, or your withdrawal requests get canceled, please, let us know and we will try to help you.
Lastly, I would recommend that you do not cancel your withdrawal requests again, as this can lead to even further delay in processing.

The casino still wrote that it has technical problems, but after 13 days the first transfer came, after another 3 days the second one arrived. The casino really should change the regulations because they write in it about 3 days, and they will pay the payment. Now from 02.05 I am waiting for the payment of the next win and as usual the staff writes about technical problems, I will just stop using their services because it's annoying to wait so long

This casino is frivolous. On April 11, 2022, I sent my documents, i.e. the ID card, and the confirmation from the bank account of my address. Since then, I have received two withdrawals. As I mentioned before, on May 2, 2022, I ordered the third payment, until today I have not received the money. I got an e-mail today that I have to send them my documents for verification. I wrote back to the staff that they had already received such documents from me a month ago, but I am sending them again. Again, they do everything not to withdraw money!
