The player from Greece tried to verify his account. He lives in Greece, but he has a Bulgarian ID and Bulgaria is a restricted country. The player received his winnings, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
This casino is worst casino i have ever played.
They didnt accept my verify because i got bulgarian ID and i live in greece and they didnt give my 30 euros deposit back.
Im going to sue them and report them to greek goverment.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the casinos General T&Cs and I found out, that Bulgaria is a restricted country, so I believe that this is the reason, why the casino refused to verify your account.
Before we move forward, I would like to ask you to confirm, that you haven’t used a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or any other masking software to alter your location, when opening the account or playing.

Hello no I didn't use any VPN I'm Bulgarian but I live in Greece 10 years now, I also told them if they want some of my greek documents and they didn't want them.
They rejected me because of my Bulgarian ID. I could give them some greek documents so they could verify me.
