i received an email 2 weeks ago letting me know that my withdrawl would be processed in 72 hours confirming they have received the withdrawl request and the withdrawl has been on pending for two weeks I’ve sent ten emails I don’t hear back from literally any of their customer service departments , they don’t have a live chat it’s just really annoying have to keep chasing these casinos down to pay me

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

They don’t even have a kyc requirement or list of requirements for their casino , I got email letting my know my withdrawal would finish being processed in 72 hours , without every requesting any kyc documents . Regardless I emailed them my 5 different kyc identity verification images/forums , two weeks ago when I requested the withdrawal . It’s just really sketchy to email a casino 10 times and never hear a word back .

No not yet hun , I received an email yesterday requesting documents that I already had sent them 2 weeks ago when I initiated the withdrawal to begin with . But I sent the documents again and was emailed back letting me know they would review the documents within 72 hours and email me back . So I will let you know but it’s pretty backwards how they do things .

I already got a confirmation that my kyc has been verified . I had to make a deposit before the withdrawl could be processed , I changed the withdrawl method from Bitcoin to litecoin and I received an email letting me know that that reset the entire process of the 72 withdrawl period and now I’m at the stage of waiting for this next 72 period to be up because then I’m supposed to be receiving my payout but I doubt it , this is the most Mickey Mouse casino I’ve ever dealt with and the fact that are making someone have to hound them this much for a 50$ payout is so extremely embarrassing for the casino and makes them look like a clown show
