So I made a deposit with bitcoin and everything went smoothly. It was confirmed on the Blockchain. But they claim that they haven’t received it. At the time of writing this it’s been an hour and a half since it’s been confirmed I’ve contacted support multiple times and they just tell me to come back later even after I provided them proof that they have received the deposit. And when I asked for a refund, they closed the chat on me instantly, and I have not been able to contact them since. it’s just a measly $24 but I’d like to get this out, so it doesn’t happen to anyone else…

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
