I used a free spin no deposit bonus and played through to get $59 which is eligible for deposit. I sent in my forms that were verified a few days later. I went to initiate a withdrawal that was rejected and stated I had to make a verification deposit. I made a $10 verification deposit and went to initiate a withdrawal and was surprised to see the verification screen back in there blocking my withdrawal even though I am already verified. I am frustrated because I deposited $10 dollars to verify that isn't appearing in my account and I am not uploading my ID again to get approved since I am already approved. Casino support isn't responding or providing any help.
